Improvements- Feedback

Feedback

During our opening sequence there was 3 main changes that we had to make in order for us to get a better grade and for it to get a more technical finish and efficient flow to it. Once our teacher gave us these improvements we realised how easily changeable these problems are and how much they would effect our marks if we didn't edit them, after all we didn't want to fail.

1. The biggest problem we had was the order of our titles and the fact we didn't have a production or distribution Ident which I later made on motion, the reason we needed to do this was because the main marks come from the actual titles because its called a title sequence and without them being almost perfect we would get marked down based on the titles rather than the quality of the scenes themselves.

2. Inaddition we had to be careful on where we placed our titles because in some cases they just blended right into the background and weren't in anyway visible to the audience watching them, in order to fix this problem i remade the titles using motion and changed the colour and then used the wireframe on final cut pro to move them around.

3. Finally we needed to edit our sound because we believed that the sound we currenty had made our scenes seem a lot longer than they actually were and didn't really capture the emotion or sympathy we were trying to portray. It wasn't emotive enough so we got a new sound which we edited on garage band which we feel is a lot more enjoyable.
